01The service

Hotel Lobby Generator (“we”, “us”) lets you upload two character images and generate a short AI video that follows a fixed “hotel lobby” performance template, with the template’s original audio.

We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by COLORS, the performers or rights holders of the original performance, or any person who appears in example videos on this site.

02Accounts and eligibility

You need a Google account to generate videos or buy credits. Google is the only sign-in method. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; don’t create extra accounts to collect additional free credits.

03Your uploads

Each time you upload, you confirm that:

• you own the images or have permission to use them, including permission from any real person shown to use their likeness;
• the images do not show anyone under 18;
• the images are not sexual, hateful, violent or harassing, and don’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
• you won’t use the result to deceive people — for example, presenting a generated video of a real person as genuine, or to suggest someone endorses something they don’t.

Uploads and results may be screened by automated content moderation. Jobs that fail moderation are not delivered.

04Credits and payments

Generating a video costs credits. HD (1080p) costs 40 credits per second of video. Current packs and rates are listed on the pricing page.

• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• New purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link as merchant of record. Listed prices are in US dollars before applicable tax; checkout shows the final tax and any local currency amount.
• Credits are reserved when you submit a video and spent only when it is delivered. If a job fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• New accounts may receive 150 free credits, once per account. Free credits work like purchased credits but are never refundable for money. Availability is limited and may end at any time.
• Expiry. Purchased credits expire 12 months after the purchase date. Free sign-up credits expire 30 days after they are added. Expired credits are removed from your balance and can’t be restored or refunded. When you create a video, the credits that expire soonest are used first. If a job fails, its credits go back with their original expiry date, or at least 7 more days if that date is sooner.
• Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or resold, and are tied to your account.
• Money refunds are covered in Refunds below.

05Refunds

• Failed generations. If a video fails for any reason — technical error or content moderation — the reserved credits go back to your balance automatically. This is a credit refund, not a payment refund.
• Unused packs. If you haven’t used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund goes to your original payment method and the pack’s credits are removed.
• Partly used packs. Once you’ve spent credits from a pack, the pack is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, or charges where credits never arrived, are refunded in full. Tell us within 30 days.
• Results you don’t like. AI output varies, so a delivered video isn’t refundable just because of how it looks. If a result is clearly broken — for example, missing a character or audio — email us with the job ID and we may restore the credits.
• Free sign-up credits are never refundable for money.

For purchases sold through Link, you can also contact Link support about payments, receipts or refunds. Stripe may issue refunds under its Managed Payments policies; those policies and applicable consumer rights take precedence over the pack restrictions above. We remain responsible for video generation and credit support.

To request a refund, email support@hotellobbygenerator.net from the address you sign in with, and include the purchase date. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days; your bank may take longer to show them.

If you’re in the EU or UK: by starting a generation you ask us to provide the service immediately, and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Unused credits stay covered by the 14-day refund above.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. If a payment is reversed, we remove the related credits; if they were already spent, your account may be suspended until the balance is settled.

06Generated videos

You keep whatever rights you have in your uploads. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and social-media use.

The template’s performance and audio belong to their respective owners. Commercial use of generated videos — such as advertising — may require permissions we can’t grant. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms where you post and the publicity and copyright laws where you live.

AI output can be imperfect: likeness, height, gestures and lip sync may differ from what you expect. Results aren’t guaranteed.

07Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service. In particular, don’t:

• upload content you don’t have rights to, or content described as prohibited above;
• create misleading political content, impersonate others, or harass anyone;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass credit limits;
• use stolen payment methods or abuse refunds and chargebacks.

Breaking these rules can lead to content removal or account suspension — see Suspension and termination.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it:

• broke these terms, including the upload and acceptable-use rules;
• uploaded images of minors, sexual content or other illegal material;
• used several accounts to collect extra free credits, or tried to get around credit limits;
• used fraudulent payments or abused chargebacks;
• puts other users, the service or our providers at risk, or must be closed by law.

What happens. For serious cases — illegal content, content involving minors, fraud or security threats — we may act immediately and without notice, and may report illegal content to the authorities. In other cases we’ll usually warn you first by email. While an account is suspended, you can still sign in, but you can’t generate videos or buy credits. We may cancel queued videos and remove uploads and videos involved in the violation.

Credits. If an account is closed for breaking these terms, its remaining credits — purchased or free — are forfeited and not refunded. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund unused purchased credits in proportion to what you paid.

Appeals. If you think we made a mistake, email support@hotellobbygenerator.net within 30 days. A person will review it and reply, usually within 7 days.

Closing your account yourself. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Unused purchased credits are refundable only as described in Refunds.

09Availability and liability

We provide the service “as is” and may change, pause or discontinue features. If we permanently shut down paid generation, we will tell signed-in users and give reasonable notice to use remaining purchased credits.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we’ll let signed-in users know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
