Questions about credits

Is this a subscription?

No. Credits are sold in one-time packs. Buy a pack when you need it — nothing renews automatically.

How are credits charged?

HD 1080p costs 40 credits per second of video: 200 for 5 seconds, 400 for 10 seconds, 960 for the full 24-second performance.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are reserved when you submit and only spent when your video is delivered. If a job fails for a technical reason, the reserved credits go back to your balance.

Do new accounts get free credits?

Yes. Sign in with Google and you get 150 free credits, once per account — enough for one 5-second 720p preview, or put them toward an HD video together with a pack. Free credits are valid for 30 days, and free credit spots are limited.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them; free sign-up credits for 30 days. We always spend the credits that expire soonest first, and you can see your next expiry date under your balance.

How do I sign in?

With your Google account — it’s the only sign-in option. No passwords to remember, and your credits stay tied to that account.

How long does a video take?

Most jobs take several minutes. Longer videos are generated in parts and stitched back to the original audio, so they take a little longer.
